SPONSORED WALK RAISED £650. On 16th May, three Selsdon Primary families (plus some grandparents) took part in a sponsored walk arranged by Sanderstead and Selsdon Rotary Club.

It was a beautiful day to walk around Sanderstead Rec and other organisations and charities also took part.

We were able to walk/roller skate and scoot around the park 3 times (approx 4km total) which was very good considering our youngest participant was just 4 years old!

With very generous match funding from Sanderstead Rotary, we raised £650 for the school, which can go towards new playground equipment.

Thank you to all our sponsors for their support.

It was a really great event and we’d definitely be up for entering a larger team next year. Who’s in?!
