Reminder! Sports Day is next Wednesday, 6th July 2022 on the school field! We’re hoping the weather holds out and allows us to finally get back to normal!
The arrangements this year are:
9am-12pm: Nursery, Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 Sports Day
12pm-1pm: Whole School + Family Picnic (School Field)
1pm-1:15pm: Family and Staff Races (don’t forget your trainers!)
1:15pm-3:05pm: Years 3-6
All parents/carers/family members are welcome to come and support your child(ren) – please note you will need to follow your child’s class around and stay with that class.
You will be able to picnic with your child. All children will need a packed lunch. If your child is entitled to free school meals, a packed lunch will be provided. If you wish for your child to have a school packed lunch, please let the class teacher know before the end of this week.
All children will need to be in their school PE kit including the correct colour house t-shirt. If you do not know which house your child is in, please contact the school office. T-shirts are available from Hewitts of Croydon. More information on http://www.hewittsofcroydon.com
Please ensure that your child is wearing sun-cream, a hat and has a named water bottle, to ensure that everyone has a safe and fun day!
If your child is in Years 3-6, you may take them home after the end of the Sports Day, however, please let the teacher know before you do so.
