
This is the last week of our half-term theme – Mindfulness. While mindfulness is something we all naturally possess, it’s more readily available to us when we practice on a daily basis. Idowu Koyenikan talks about exercising your mind to get stronger! Tell me, how are you going to exercise your mind? How are you going to make it stronger?
It means that the more you challenge your brain and it will make it stronger and smarter like your muscles!
