    So you can stay healthy if you eat healthy food your strength will go up.

    Vegetables
    Brown bread
    Dairy

  2. If you don’t eat healthily, you can get ill and you can become overweight. Healthy food is good for our bodies and makes our body grow. We need to have things like fruit and veg and macronutrients. We can’t have too much chocolate, crisps, pizza, coke, they may taste nice but they are not good for us. Some healthy food we might not like and that is fine but they are essential. Freddy(Hawk class)

  3. Healthy food is essential. We could become overweight if we eat too many unhealthy things without doing exercise. Healthy food may not test nice and that is fine but it is essential for our bodies. Unhealthy food may taste nice and we can have it as a treat but it isn’t good for our bodies.
