Dear parents/carers,
You may have heard on the news that the government has developed a national scheme to provide supermarket vouchers to families of pupils eligible for benefits-related free school meals during the school closure. This will be via the Edenred online portal.
If you are entitled to receive vouchers through this scheme then a member of the school office staff will be contacting you today to confirm an email address to send the voucher to. We will aim to send the voucher codes via email on Friday. The vouchers are for a set amount of £15 per pupil per week. You can select from a range of different supermarkets to use them in.
If you are not entitled to benefits-related free school meals, but you are currently experiencing difficulties then please email the school office on admin@selsdonprimary.org.uk and we can discuss this with you.
Please see below for more information about the scheme.
I just missed the phone call, I tried calling the school back but no answer
Hello Rebecca, don’t worry we will try again. Alternatively you can email the admin office to give your most up to date email address.

Hello greetings,I still don’t have the voucher but I received a call to confirm my email last week.
Hello Irene,
The school provided the company with everyone’s details last week and requested that the vouchers were sent to parents on Friday. Unfortunately the vouchers are in high demand the company have not managed to process all of their orders yet. The office staff are contacting Edenred regularly to ensure that the vouchers get to everyone who is entitled to one as soon as possible. We are very sorry for the delay. Best wishes, Shelley Parker
