Meet Grace, the Jamaican woman who bravely sailed upon the S.S. Windrush for a better life, back in 1948. This morning Key Stage 2 heard the story of Grace who travelled to England to be with her husband who was promised a good job and a better life. Danni, who played Grace, was an enchanting actor, who then held workshops for Year 4 based on the people who sailed upon S.S. Windrush.
