Thank you to those of you that brought the issues with this app to our attention. I have looked into this, and have hopefully resolved these. I will now re-invite those of you who have not been able to register successfully with this app.
A reminder, that when you register you will need to use your child’s date of birth rather than your own.
When you have successfully signed up please check that we have the correct details for you by using the ‘data collection’ option. This enables you to directly update the information we have stored on our record keeping system. You can do this any time that you make a change, for example when you change your mobile telephone number.
