  3. To live healthy you’ll need to eat less chocolate and more vegetables/fruits but it’s not just what you eat. You can exercise too! for exercising you could ride a bike,run,stretch and more could get tired and tired when you finished exercising so it would be better having a water bottle with you. Since I said you have to eat healthy food and exercise it doesn’t mean you have to eat a banana after every minute or exercise for the whole day you could eat chocolate or ๐Ÿช but not a lot. Children can only have 5 spoons of sugar but adults may have 10 but I don’t know about adults yet. If you eat and exercise at the same time that would be dangerous because you can choke! KIDS DO NOT TRY THAT AT HOME! Yes I love cookies but now I found out I can’t eat a lot of cookies a day. Wow I wrote this much so quickly I almost forgot to tell you that it’s not just exercising or eating healthy to make you healthy you even have to stop going near any smokers and pollution! They are very bad for you! Dont you dare to breath in pollution or smoke. That’s all I have to say! Hopefully you learned something

I think eating vegetables and great healthy food is the most Important however you can sometimes eat chocolate but only often because it isn’t that healthy for you.you have to excersise as well to keep fit!i didn’t mean you can’t eat ๐Ÿซ or a cookie ๐Ÿช or have a fruit or veg each minute.children can have 5 spoons of sugar as a maximum . However you should ride a bike or ply football.you can as well as walking and running.you shouldn’t eat that much saturated food which can make you fat due to the amount of sugar.you shouldn’t as well eat while you excersise because it is severely dangerous.furthermore,you should ๐Ÿ˜ด.children should sleep for8-12hours so you have enough energy

  5. I totally agree with this because everyone needs to be healthy especially when you are a kid because it makes your heart โค๏ธ and muscles ๐Ÿ’ช
    So much better and you should always make sure you are not eating that much sugary foods

  6. You have to exercise if you want to stay healthy. You can also eat less sodas and ๐Ÿซ . You should also brush your teeth everyday in the morning when you wake up and when you are going to bed. You can only have 5 spoonfuls of sugar but adults can have 10. And its not only what you eat it’s what you smell if you breathe in any kind of smoke๐Ÿ’จ I’m telling you now it’s not good for you even if it’s candle smoke from a birthday it’s not good for you.

    Just a fun fact but I actually used to eat ALOT of burgers ๐Ÿ” and chips ๐ŸŸ and chicken ๐Ÿ—…Yummy for my tongue ๐Ÿ‘… but not my belly!

I think that exercising is very important because it keeps your body going .Also I think that you need to make a very careful decision about your food because to keep you awake during the day you might want to grab something that maybe gives you a bit of energy but at lunch you might want an apple ๐ŸŽ like something healthy because normally I’m tired during the day. Another thing is to have a positive mindset and to keep thinking you can do it.
