On Monday 19th June 2017 we are holding a mufti-day to raise money for the residents of Grenfell Tower. We are asking children to come to school in their own clothes in return for donation towards the Grenfell Tower appeal.
We will donate all money raised to: https://www.justgiving.com/crowdfunding/familiesofgrenfelltower
Our thoughts are with everyone affected.
Just want to say what a lovely caring idea π
Reblogged this on Selsdon Year 3 and commented:
Could children either wear appropriate clothes for PE or bring in their PE kit.
I think what happened in the tower was soooo BAD! I did not expect that and in the night it was SAD! It was horrible.
I think what happened is really bad and I feel so bad for people it is really upsetting I would give people new food and drinks. I feel so bad
The fire was really bad I saw the damage in the to half of the building was burnt to the ground I wish I could help but I’m a child and I don’t know what to do to help I do but I just can’t I’m to young to do it I don’t lik what’s happening with terrorist attacks and houses burning I think is should stop or the world we be really badly damaged
I think that what happened was really sad because lots of people lost their homes and if I was there I would help people and give them food and water and other drinks and I would help them get out of the building and I would help as much people as I can.
Sorry for people who died by the fire
I think that it was terrible because loads of people died in the fire,I wish I could have helped everyone.
