This week, After School and Breakfast Club will be asking you to complete forms confirming which days your child will be attending school clubs this term. Your prompt response will enable us to offer more spaces and sessions, and provide a smoother service. Please ensure this form is completed and handed in by Friday 16th April, as, otherwise, your space may be given to someone else.
Going forward, unless we have had prior notice that your child will not be attending on a previously booked day, we will be charging you for that session. If you wish to inform us of any cancellations, please contact Rachel Henry on firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note, we require at least 24 hours notice of any changes to avoid getting charged for that session.
The way in which parents book one-off club sessions will also be changing. Instead of ringing the office, parents are now required to book directly on Parent Pay. The office will no longer be dealing with such requests. If you are unable to see the option once you log in, all the spaces for that day have been booked and you cannot send your child to this club on that day. Sessions are charged at the usual price of £7 and sibling discount does not apply when booking on the day.
