Club Changes

Hello Parents!

Thank you for your patience during the first couple of weeks. We are aiming for every club to start the week of the 21st. Texts allocating club spaces have now been sent out to parents. If you have not received a text, your child has been placed on the waiting list.

If you would like to know your child’s position on the waiting list, please contact Rachel Henry on

Changes to pricing and payment

As of October 1st, Breakfast and After School Club prices will be changing. Instead of prices varying depending on what time your child is dropped off and picked up, there will now be a set fee of £6 for Breakfast Club and £7 for After School Club.

This is now to be paid via Parent Pay, rather than invoice. Hopefully this will reduce the price for those of you who pick up from 5 o’clock onwards and will make the pricing scheme easier to understand.

Further to this, from the 1st October, children under 8 (KS1) will be based in the Reception building and children over 8 (KS2) will remain in the canteen.

For details on sibling discounts, waiting lists and suspension, please check the Club Agreement.

PLEASE NOTE: Multi Sports, Basketball and Football are not free. If you wish, you can pay per session. If you do not want to continue with your place, please contact Rachel Henry and she can offer your space to someone on the waiting list.

All the best,

  1. Susan, there will always be winners and losers in new arrangements but hopefully for a lot of parents, the new arrangements for breakfast and after school club will be helpful and easier to understand. I would like to say for the record though, particularly for those parents that will be worse off, that we should really have been given a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice for these changes.
